Aysha Rahman and her team of carers have been providing ongoing day care to my mother since August 2018. My mother has a diagnosis of dementia and it soon became clear that she needed a lot of help at home. I preferred this option rather than a care home. The care my mum has received has been exceptional. Aysha and the carers provide personal care, companionship, meals and keeping the home clean and tidy. I live an hour away so it is important that I fully trust that my mum is being looked after properly. Communication is excellent, if there is any concern they contact me, and I am able to contact them if needed. If my mum is short of anything they replenish and I reimburse. In other words they use their initiative. Finally, and this is important, my mum likes her carers, she feels happy with them. They genuinely care about her and that's what it's all about.
